Metro 2033, one of my favourite games of 2010 on 360, which i was finally able to play on PC in 2011, and now can finally run in DX11 mode in 2012. I’d say iv’e recouped the initial cost of the game now that ive finished it about 5 times and spent over 25 hours on it according to steam! So lets take a look at this tesselation stuff!

Tessellation & Advanced DOF on
I’ll probably do a comparision soon with DX10 screenshots, but for now here’s DX11. Am i convinced? Hmm. I love the advanced depth of field effect, but the downside is it blurs alot of the frankly amazing texturework in the game. As for Tessellation? You could’ve turned it off and then told me it was on and i wouldn’t have been able to spot the difference either way.
